Jameston, a state of the United Republic of Jameston, Brietnam & Doland has become a football powerhouse in the last year.

Match Report: Jameston vs DRBT - 2016 World Cup

A 1-0 loss shows how a once strong Democratic Republic of Bir Tawil side has sunk.

A side with a thing for beating bigger teams Jameston has shown it's nationalism not through rebellion but football. Jameston had mentally and physically defeated DRBT and look as if they could put a couple more passed the DRBT.

Match Report: Brandholm vs Keig - 2016 World Cup

Former world champions Keig scrape a lucky victory against a tired Brandholm.

Brandholm looks shockingly disappointing in a 4-3 defeat to Keig. This means Brandholm have only 2 games to improve their performance or face an early journey home to Brandholm.

Keig looked atrocious in defense and let a tired Brandholm side put 3 past them. Yussuf Said scored all goals for Brandholm and is rumored to be moving to South America to side Athletic Berholm for a fee of 400,000 Austraran Laans.

Match Report: Smithville vs Sardiniland - 2016 World Cup

Smithville put 3 past Oceanian side Sardiniland in a one sided matchup.

To be fair, Sardiniland didn't expect to get any points against one of the best teams in the world. Smithville have been ranked in the top 5 for months now and it looks like they will be engraved as one of the best teams of the era.

Sardiniland played very defensive football with 5 at the back and only a lone striker to give them a chance of pulling a shock. This tactic didn't work as a confused back 5 scrambled together leaving Smithville to score as they plead.

Smithville finished the job with a 90+3 finish from Thomas Warrington to make it 3-0 to the Smithans. Smithville now travel north of Tranmania to play Zachodnoslavija who just came out from a 2-1 lose to Berlonia.

Match Report: Unironia vs Doland - 2016 NFT World Cup

Doland cup hopes die, then revive in a shocking turn of events.

Doland looked strong favorites in a match against Unironia. It was a must win for Doland, the host nation of the tournament. The match was played in Tranmania Stadium in the centre of the capital.

The game kicked off to a roar from the Dolandic home supporters. Unironians travelling from North America travelled in small numbers but did a good job at keeping up with the home support.

James Fulton found a space in the Dolandic defense and smashed it passed the Dolandic goalkeeper to shock Doland and make it 1-0 to Unironia in just 10 minutes into the match. The home support was quite while Unironians chanted on feeling proud on the second NFT adventure into the World Cup.

Doland looked atrocious in the first half, and certainly must've be scrutinized in the changing rooms. Nevertheless it was halftime and Unironia looked like picking up 3 points against the hosts, Doland.

In the second half Doland put pressure on the Unironian defense managing to equalize thanks to a goal from Charlie May to bring Dolandic fans back to life. A second goal followed within minutes thanks to a goal from Shakhtar Tranmania striker Tom Neville. Neville got on the score board again with another goal from outside the box making it 3-1 to doland on the 70th minute. A second from May was the icing on the cake for a successful victory in Tranmania for hosts Doland. Doland win 4-1.
